Make summer smiles possible and Give a Pint Get a Pint

Central Ohioans have an opportunity to help make summer smiles possible by giving blood at the WBNS 10TV and WNCI Blood Give-In on Wednesday, Aug. 27.

The event is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Aladdin Shrine Center, located at 3850 Stelzer Road, at Easton, with a goal of 400 donations.   (More)

COLUMBUS – The American Red Cross of Central Ohio and Saturn of Columbus have teamed to recruit blood donors in the “Summer blood DRIVE with Saturn!”

Come to give blood at any participating Red Cross blood drive from June 1 through Sept. 1, and you can enter to win great prizes, including a free one-year lease on a 2008 Saturn VUE, or one of nine $100 gas cards. Plus, no one leaves a blood drive empty handed all summer long, as everyone who comes to give will receive a voucher for a $20 gas card from Saturn (redeemable when you test drive any vehicle at a Saturn of Columbus location), and an $8 off coupon to Cedar Point.   (More)
